Abbey Kent, Barbara Flanigan and Jonathan McNicol represented the Guilford Library and won the best team name for The Irritable Vowels.

Renowned mystery author and former Guilford First Selectman Hillary Waugh recently passed away at the age of 88. Mr. Waugh penned over 50 novels, and won the prestigious Grand Master Award in 1989 from the Mystery Writers of America.: Read his obituary here and check out his holdings in the Library's Mystery collection.
