Why doesn’t the Library have the ebook I want to read? Three of the six major publishers and their respective imprints have not yet made their eBooks available to libraries. Not all titles are available in digital format; many publishers do not release digital simultaneously with print. The American Library Association is engaged in discussions with book publishers to remedy this situation.
